Whoever is in charge of this app or by extension your head IT department should be fired. The app doesnt even come up with log in page. It pops up stare at you for 20 seconds and disappear! By now this bug should have been fixed but somehow it hasnt. What a shame!

When I try entering my details to receive money via western union, it keeps taking me back to the start page. That is so annoying! 1 star is way too much!

This app will not very useful if all one can do is check ones card balance and top up prepaid phones. Also why is it restricted to Verve cards alone? I think MasterCard is more widely used. So much potential here. Please update to add all the services on the Quickteller website.

Im happy to get such wonderful app from quickteller. I can actually do most things without going to bank or getting access to an ATM machine... Impressive!

The app keeps crashing whenever I try to launch it. Please do something.

Terminates abruptly on my iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.4 even after restart and closing open apps. Needs retouching!

ATM machine on the go. Pretty cool. Preferred to bank app cos it allows multiple cards

The app is useless. You are being forced to get the Verve card before you can use it. What happened to those that carry MasterCard or Visa which constitutes 99% of card holders? Better off using the website

It works only for Verve Card users. Wish I can use it for my MasterCard. Now this is just like every other mobile wallet.

You need to test your app before you release. It doesnt work as it should.

That can be annoying sometimes when the app doesnt connect to the internet. But overall its a nice application with useful banking functions. Provide an upgrade that fixes necessary bug and you will get a full five star rating
